Core Business: The main activity of the Agency includes scientific research and engineering in development of materials, protective coatings, new technologies and design, especially in application to hydraulic machines production.

It was aimed to supply domestic hydraulic equipment to the Russian market such as hydraulic dispensers and monoblock units of gear pumps with rate controllers. The monoblocks are used for hydraulic boosters of steering wheels at cars and trucks. There was no this equipment at the

 

Overview:

 

Development of the section allocator and for hydrosystems of machines with add-on instruments.

A new method of decrease of pressure of pair of pinion gear on plain bearings at high pressure of a forcing .

Backpressure is created on gear rings on the part of a zone of suction of the pump with a help of the face compensator of a new design and modernized design of the case with the modified apertures of an input and output. The given technical solutions are checked up at tests of pumps of various purposes.

 

Stage of development of technology

Technological study of pump design has been completed, the laboratory tests have been carried out and the pilot run is in production.

 

Stages of the further development of technology and approximate terms of realization

A compound technological part of new pump design is the study of replacement of traditional cemented steel 18HGT to new steel PP60, heat treatment of which consists of hardening by currents of high frequency, and replacement of metal-cutting operations on manufacturing gear rings by knurling on cross-cut wedge mill, made by firm "MMT", Minsk. These components of technological process of detail manufacturing of pumps will allow to lower the cost price of manufacturing pinion gear to 50 and more %. Time for completion of works till realization of these processes completely depends on the investments.

 

Main advantages

Design: self-adjusting on a bend of pinion gear pins the plain bearing of a thin-walled design with three edges of rigidity washed on an outside surface by liquid, included in the pump; beam from sheet hire lower cover; the case of a constant structure made on technology MCP (of moulding with crystallizing under pressure), not exposed angular deformation under pressure; and front cover without fixing arm and protective ring for collar, which encapsulates the conducting shaft.

Technological: economy of nonferrous metal at the expense of decrease(reduction) of weight of plain bearings, case of a constant structure and replacement of nonferrous metal of lower cover on steel roll metal; replacement of materials of pinion gears and power-intensive operation on heat treatment of pinion gears by volumetric hardening and cementation to currents of high frequency.

Parametrical: the expansion of a range of working pressure up to maximal without restriction of operating time, refusal of parameter "maximal pressure", providing in the standard understanding work of the pump on the maximal pressure is continuous in current, no more than 5 sec. and in volume of 1 % from resource.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Russian market at that time.

At present time the company produce:

- gears made of powder composites for gear pumps, used in hydraulic boosters of steering wheels of trucks and cars with operating pressure up to 16 MPa;

- anti-friction and housing parts of hydraulic devices, manufactured both by powder metallurgy and by casting under pressure.

Strategy of company development is associated with extending nomenclature of hydraulic units, particularly, sectional hydro-dispensers, which are the most promising products because of their low cost, due to a new design and possibility of more simple manufacturing, avoiding cast iron or crust casting.

There are required 350-400 thousand 4-stroke dispensers for agricultural machines in Russia and CIS countries with future growth up to 700 thousand in 5 years.
