Overview: New technology of drilling and timbering of the boreholes using the flash effect. 

A borehole tool for boring rocks by fusing is intended for drilling boreholes in loose rocks with simultaneous ecologically appropriate timbering without pipes at the expense of seal and thermal conversion. Diameter of a penetrator – 60 mm, watt consumption – 6 – 7,5 kWt; penetrator body temperature – 1500-1600 °C.

The oil and gas well construction cardinally simplifies a refusal from multistring constructions and passage to unistring construction is supposed. A reduction of standard sizes of a whole drilling tool complex is supported, so long as using of unistring construction completely excludes drilling of bores for strings of a big diameter. Then a sharp reduction of requirements for rated load capacity of drilling rigs will lead to evident economic consequences in the field of energy and resources saving and to natural reduction of types of digging rigs on the whole. Such method provides possibility in the overwhelming majority of the geologo-technical conditions to abandon use of clay fluids as flushing fluid and irrigate drill holes by water. The ecological problems of the Earth interiors are cardinally solved because there is no need in cross-flow transfers and to pump reactive solutions down seams both drilling fluids and grouting mortars. Social and ecological effect from the realization of suggested technology also can be valued considering that the majority of the advantages of this mean simplify the team work and make it more comfortable.
