The Forms to be used by the Israeli Partner
- CIRDC Cooperation Form to be filled jointly with the Chinese partner/s.
- National Forms of the Office of the Chief Scientist - to be filled by the Israeli company.
The application forms must be delivered to the office of the chief scientist in Jerusalem (for further details please see National Forms).
In addition, a copy of the application should be delivered by mail to:
